Yes all the items will be restocked, unless stated otherwise. To stay up to date with our restock you can sign up for our newsletter through the homepage or follow us on social media.
We’re sorry that the item that you purchased is damaged. You can contact us via mail and we’ll provide you with a solution as soon as possible. Please do not send damaged items back to us without contacting us first. This can make the return process more difficult.
It can take up to two hours after you have placed your order for you to receive a confirmation email. Please also check your spam box.
If the payment has been processed and you haven’t received a confirmation email after two hours, please get in touch with us via mail.
Some coupon codes are only for customers with an account on our website.
if you are using the coupon code when you are logged in and it is not working, then it is possible that you have exceeded the coupon code limit or the coupon  code is outdated.
We are doing our best to fulfill all orders within 48 hours. This means that, when placing an order, your package will leave our warehouse within 48 hours.
We are not responsible for delays made by the chosen shipping method for your item.
